- The Lunch Bunch:
An introduction to the concepts of breastfeeding for the Mom-to-be that will continue as a breastfeeding support group postpartum.

- The Happiest Baby on the Block:
Take your baby from fussy to calm in five easy steps. Learn the five S's that will make your baby the Happiest Baby on the block. Classes can be taken prenatally or postpartum.
Note: Classes will resume in the spring

- Baby's First Massage:
Come join a group session of babies and caregivers as we teach you different baby cues and what you can do to assist your baby through simple massage techniques.

Learn life saving CPR techniques for infants and children and learn how to prevent, recognize and treat childhood emergencies.

- Things you can do to avoid an unnecessary Cesarean:
With Connecticut having a 34.6% cesarean section rate, the question 'How can I prevent a cesarean?' goes through the mind of a lot of mothers, whether this is your first, or fifth baby. ICAN of Connecticut has come up with a great informational class with easy steps to show you lots of things you can do to help prevent your birth from turning into a cesarean section!
